Video Not Downloading? Quick Fixes
- The 1080p download seems stuck
- Converting to Full HD takes about a third of the video's length. For an instant file, use 720p.
- My iPhone won't save the video to Photos
- Use an MP4 button (1080p or 720p). iPhones can't save WebM files to Photos.
- There's no 1080p MP4 for my video
- Videos longer than 5 minutes skip the MP4 conversion. Use 1080p WebM for full quality, or 720p MP4.
- It says the post isn't public
- The account is private or the video was deleted. Only public videos can be downloaded.
- The link doesn't work
- Copy the link again from Instagram's Share menu and paste the full address.
